Step inside and you’re welcomed by an open-plan kitchen and living space designed for comfort and connection. The sleek grey kitchen includes a full set of integrated appliances – oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine – and the large island comfortably seats six for meals or casual drinks. The living area is set around a soft corner sofa and a smart TV with Netflix, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the city.

Both bedrooms feature full-size double beds, bold feature walls, blackout curtains and fresh linen. One has its own ensuite with walk-in shower, while the second is just beside the main bathroom, which includes a deep soaking tub with overhead rainfall shower and beautiful tiling throughout.

WiFi is fast and reliable, heating is easy to control, and entry is private via secure key safe, giving you full flexibility on check-in. The apartment is up one flight of stairs, with large sash windows letting in natural light and views over Nottingham’s city centre.

The location speaks for itself. You’re on Long Row, Nottingham NG1 2DR – right in the heart of the city. Everything is a short walk away. For food, head across the square to Pieminister for a quick bite, or try Bar Iberico in Hockley for tapas. Mowgli is a favourite for modern Indian street food, and The Alchemist on King Street is great for cocktails with a view. For a proper pint, The Bell Inn and Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem are two of the oldest pubs in England, both within 10 minutes on foot.

You’re a five-minute walk from Nottingham Castle, the Theatre Royal, and the independent shops and cinemas of the Lace Market and Hockley. The Victoria Centre and Exchange Arcade are both close for shopping. Nottingham Trent University is around the corner, and the Motorpoint Arena is a 10-minute stroll.

Transport couldn’t be easier. Tram and bus stops are right outside, with direct lines to the station, university campuses, and QMC hospital.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. The building entrance is shared, but the apartment has a private entrance. Entry is via secure key safe, so guests can check in at their convenience anytime after 3pm. There is one flight of stairs up to the flat. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Please note the apartment is in the city centre and there may be some background noise, especially at weekends. We provide white noise machines and blackout curtains for added comfort. There is no lift in the building. Paid parking is available nearby at NCP Nottingham St James Street (2 mins’ walk).
Quiet hours apply after 11pm. Check-out is by 11am and we ask guests to return keys to the lockbox.
